A recurring cleaning programme for a managed house in Portland, replacing irregular one-off cleans with a planned fortnightly visit. The same cleaner works a standing checklist covering kitchens, bathrooms, floors and high-touch surfaces, with a rotating focus area each visit so nothing is left for months. Small issues are caught while they are still quick wipes rather than deep cleans.

The Challenge

The property had been cleaned irregularly for years, so the first visit inherited limescale, grease and dust that had built up well beyond a routine clean. Several surfaces had been cleaned with the wrong products and needed gentler methods going forward. The owner also wanted a simple record of what was cleaned on each visit, which had never existed before.
