Complete Apartment Cleaning Project

Project Overview

A single-visit clean of a Seattle apartment covering every room, carried out end to end by one team so nothing fell between handovers. The property was occupied, so the work had to be sequenced room by room around the residents rather than shutting the flat down. Detail work — frames, reveals, switch plates, trickle vents — was treated as part of the scope rather than an extra.

The Challenge

Occupied properties leave less room to work and no option to move everything at once, so furniture was worked around in stages. The apartment had glass partitions and a large amount of gloss cabinetry, both of which show streaking under artificial light and needed a different method from the painted surfaces. Time pressure came from finishing within a single day.

Project Goals
